Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we have a limited return and refund policy designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.

Fresh Flower Orders

All sales of fresh flowers are final, but we stand behind the quality of our work.

If you are not satisfied with your order:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please include photos of the arrangement so we can assess the issue

If your concern is valid, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Recipient unavailable or delivery conditions outside our control

  • Normal wear of flowers after delivery (flowers are a natural product and will vary in lifespan)

  • Preferences related to style, color, or flower varieties when substitutions were noted in advance

DIY Buckets, Events & Workshops:

DIY Buckets of Blooms

  • All DIY flower bucket sales are final due to perishability

  • If you no longer need your buckets of blooms, you must cancel at least 7 days in advance.

  • If there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

Workshops & Classes

  • Workshop tickets are non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend, you may:

    • Transfer your ticket to another person

    • Contact us to inquire about transferring to a future workshop (if availability allows). We cannot transfer your workshop ticket if cancelled within 72 hours of the workshop. We begin harvesting, conditioning, and preparing for the workshop after that time.

Non-Perishable Products (if applicable)

For items such as:

  • Bouquet sleeves

  • Merchandise

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • Custom Designs and Orders may not be returned

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:

  • 5–10 business days
