Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Breemar Flower Farm, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh flowers. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we take special care in how and when your order is delivered.

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery only within the following areas:

  • Ashland, VA

  • Hanover County, VA

  • Select surrounding areas in the Richmond region

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are made on select days each week, based on product availability and seasonality.

  • You will be able to select an available delivery date at checkout.

  • We do not guarantee specific delivery times unless previously arranged.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Deliveries typically occur between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • During peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery windows may be extended.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance, unless otherwise noted.

  • Same-day or next-day orders may be accepted based on availability, please contact us at nicole@breemarflowerfarm.com or text/call 804-356-0550 before placing your order.

Freshness & Substitutions

Because we work with seasonal, farm-grown flowers, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

  • Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value

  • The overall style, color palette, and feel will remain consistent

Delivery Conditions

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Someone does not need to be present at the time of delivery

  • Flowers will be left in a safe, shaded location when possible

  • Once delivery is completed, the responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout

  • Theft or damage after delivery

  • Weather-related damage once the arrangement has been delivered

Undeliverable Orders

If we are unable to complete delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No safe location available

  • Restricted access

We will contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup. Additional delivery fees may apply.
